Service quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g. extreme overgrowth, hidden obstacles).
Scheduling
Recurring service days are scheduled by route and may shift slightly due to weather. We'll communicate any changes.
Payment
Invoices are typically sent monthly. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring service at any time. We just ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust our route.
Liability
Cruz Elite Lawn Services is fully insured. Please mark or notify us of any hidden sprinkler heads, invisible fence wires, or fragile items prior to service.
